Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Farm Rio purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Final sale items (including swimwear, accessories, and marked-down merchandise) cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size or style is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
  • You may request an exchange for a different size or color of the same item.

How to Return or Exchange

  1. Initiate your return or exchange through our Online Returns Portal.
  2. Follow the instructions to generate a return label (if applicable) and packing slip.
  3. Securely pack your items and ship them back to us.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
