Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Farm Rio purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Returns
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items (including swimwear, accessories, and marked-down merchandise) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired size or style is out of stock, we’ll process a refund instead.
- You may request an exchange for a different size or color of the same item.
How to Return or Exchange
- Initiate your return or exchange through our Online Returns Portal.
- Follow the instructions to generate a return label (if applicable) and packing slip.
- Securely pack your items and ship them back to us.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
